I meant to tell you that you will notice that with some of these charity, health (whatever) organisations do not just cater for PNG alone. Once you are in those websites feel free to look up any country you chose if you wish to know of other countries they cater for. Seeing this blog page is on PNG I am making it a PNG specific page, however people are able to find out other countries information in those web links, if it helps. ADF Pacific Partnership on Facebook - Pacific Partnership is an annual Humanitarian Civic Assistance (HCA) program sponsored by the Commander US Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT).
The ADF has contributed to Pacific Partnership since 2006 and is enthusiastically rejoining the multi-national and multi-skilled Pacific Partnership team for 2011.
Pacific Partnership 2011 is supported by USS Cleveland and will deliver engineering and medical aid to Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, East Timor and the Federated States of Micronesia from 1 April to 25 July 2011. Refer to Pacific Partnership, below scroll down)
Buk bilong Pikinini organisation - Buk bilong Pikinini is proud to have Christine Anu as the charity's patron. Christine visited Papua New Guinea in March 2009 where she toured the Buk bilong Pikinini library at Port Moresby General Hospital, performed in the grounds of the Australian High Commision and assisted with fund raising efforts.
Christine Anu Charity - Christine Anu lends her credibility and high profile support to charitable organisations for fundraising, campaigning and public relations, to ensure the expansion and continuity of the charitable work in the community. Christine is currently the Patron for Buk bilong Pikinini (Papua New Guinea) Christine is also actively involved with other charities including The Catherine Freeman Foundation.
